Hello proofreaders,

the GNU Parted manual was cut down substantially with version 1.7 and
we would like to have proofread by you, since we believe there might be
a lot of problematic passages WRT grammar, orthography, omissions, etc.

You can access the manual in various formats at

    http://www.gnu.org/software/parted/manual/

The manual has nine numbered sections. If you would like to participate
in proof-reading, please calculate number according to this formula:

  1. Add day and month of your birthdate.
  2. Integer divide by 9 with remainder (that is, substract 9 until
the result is smaller than 9).
  3. The remainder plus 1 is your number.

  Example:

Given is a birthdate of July 27th.
    This gives 27 + 7 =3D 34 for Step 1.
Integer divide by 9 gives a remainder of 7 (Step 2).
The section number for this birthdate is 8 (Step 3).

I hope it's not too complicated.

Thanks for all work in advance.

    Leslie
