I received a message which was not marked, Confidential or Secret, in what 
way is replying to it on a list which was discussing the very problem that 
it concerned, Illegal? I had drafted two replies one with a telephone 
number blanked out, unfortunately I posted the wrong one.

And to whom are you referring as third parties?
