This month's topic is Linux Containers (LXC); this is a lightweight
virtualisation technology.  In the "Intro" slot we will explain terms
and technology used then in next slot we will use & explore LXC using
virt-manager.  We'll then go on to advanced usage and finally advanced
virtualisation networking.

If you want to follow along then bring a laptop with Linux Container
tools installed, for Debian that's the package `lxc`, and Virtual
Machine Manager, for Debian that's `virt-manager`.

in Linux Containers such as chroot, control groups (cgroups) and namespac=

In the main part of the meeting we will talk about, demonstrate and
explore Linux Containers.  We will use Virtual Machine Manager
(virt-manager) to configure and use the containers.

You are welcome to follow along, see above to have the prerequisites
before the meeting.

This part will contain advanced usage of Linux Containers such as User
Namespaces.

In the final part of the meeting we will explore advanced virtualisation
networking using virt-manager.  This will be applicable to both Linux
Containers and QEMU.

In some of the side streets in the venue surrounding area there are
parking meter bays that become zero cost after 8pm on Tuesday so you
will have to pay up until then and the maximum stay is 2 hours BUT MAKE
SURE YOU VERIFY ALL THIS on parking.  This is probably only a good
option if you know the area.
