I am not calling anybody toxic here.  I'm sorry and apologize if anybody
thought I was, I was just making a thought experiment.

(even if it is actually not only thoughts: I have seen that scenario
happen in various places, with the exact problem of having to exclude
somebody, so as to be able to include some other people)
