NSF deep-submicron Research Grant

Michael Orshansky <http://www.ece.utexas.edu/%7Emichael/>, an assistant 
professor of electrical engineering, University of Texas, received the 
$400,000 five-year-grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to 
develop models describing the operation of transistors at the 65-nm and 
below. His modeling approach uses the theory of probability.
