[HA-General] Highlights of the Symposium on Microsystems R&D in Canada 2004

On September 30th, 2004, MR&DCAN 2004 *(Microsystems Research and 
Development in Canada) *brought together experts from across Canada and 
around the world to explore how microsystems could transform Canada 
health care system into a future engine of economic growth. Organized by 
CMC, the symposium featured the latest advances in microsystems research 
and development for bioscience applications - innovations with the 
potential to improve the quality of health care, while driving down the 
costs of delivery. The event built on the momentum achieved in earlier 
in September, when Canada First Ministers reached an historic agreement 
to strengthen Canada health care system.
