Normally  GIS user donot need more than 50  Layer, but the program support
up to 255 Layer and it can be increased, just increase the array size

geoGPG is an IBM GIS solution, it is almost not used anymore, we can say it
is obselete

all of there numbers is just an array size, u can make it any size u wanna,
but u should have big ram size, lately i open 250 MB of data on my PC at
home .
