Bitstream HW specs version 0.3

Dear All, 

The last updated version of Hardware specs. has been uploaded at:

I have added updates to the HEC component section.Our document is
maturing day by day as you see in a very short time.
Thanks for Jamil and Ravi review.

Jamil and Ravi ,This very technical discussion will lead us to have a
very reliable design spec at last.for now, The spec. is complying with
the last approach raised by Ravi while authoring the document.My point
of view, as our design will be prototyped on FPGA, we would be much more
addressing the performance factors like the minimization of gate count
and power.Also the system debugging should be very much taken in to
account as NOUR roadmap is addressing a complete bluetooth system.
If the approach adopted in document now is going to complicate the
design we would switch as needed.
Most likely, the last document will compromise both approaches as well.
The review and feedback are most important along the development cycle.

Please review the last version of spec.on the site.
