Specs identification plan

Yes Ravi, I agree absolutely with you. This is our concern for the next
phase.We will be working together on defintion of specs of the list of
modules u mentioned while we are progressing in the RTL phase of the
bit-stream processing engine of the bluetooth baseband of NOUR. 
If u have any ready ideas please do send as we can start compiling the
document of the specs of listed components and how it will be fitting
with the bit-stream modules and other parts. The top level picture is
very important. We can also refer to a previous thread send on NOUR list
from Mike Vogwell side.(message #87) that has some important hints about
the system structure. 
Let us Progress NOUR ...
