Jamil, please send us what cores to be done and how complex is 
each  of them ?
You can grade cores as 1, 2, 3 ,4 ...
according to their complexity level.( 1 is most complex) or 
estimate for each core how many persons could work on it as 
possible .. i.e the core and the amount of effort to be done on 
it ..Again , Thank u all for your initiative of participation .. 
We have a very good team now and we can do it successfully if GOD 
wills ..
