Comment on LCD test procedure doc

Jamil,

    I was looking at the LCD test procedure doc and noticed that R/W is tied to
ground.  I think this is actually a bad idea.  Taking a look at the Optrex Dot
Matrix Character LCD Module Users Manual (it doesn't have a part number on it
and I haven't been able to find a link to the manual online, sorry :-( ), the
user of the module should check the Busy Flag before writing an instruction to 
the module.  The Busy Flag is returned in bit DB7 when RS = 0 and a read 
operation is performed.
