SDRAM Memory On the SOPC board

Dear all,
I have compiled this document
"http://www.handasarabia.org/document.php?id=100" to present an
introduction and presentation of the SDRAM memory module on the Altera
SOPC board. This introductory level document would support the
requirements of the Memory controller design. I would like OFOQ-I
contributors to read, study and feed me back with their comments and
answers for some of the queries I posted in the document. This would be
so helpful for the next stages of the OFOQ's Memory Controller design
and implementation.
