If you use IMAP and if you use Mac OS X, MS Windows, or Linux as 
your desktop system, I recommend that you download and try 
Mulberry 4.0.5+, which is here:

Yesterday, August 20, Mulberry 4.0.5 was released and it is now 
free/gratis!

If you would like to understand IMAP, I recommend that you 
download and install this excellent IMAP client. Even if you are 
happy with your current IMAP client, I still recommend that you 
set up Mulberry because it plays nice with other IMAP clients 
and it will help you to understand the really powerful aspects 
of IMAP, which most IMAP clients do not support.

It's also very useful for monitoring incoming mailboxes (via 
various alert styles), moving messages between mailboxes on your 
various IMAP accounts, and using the ManageSieve protocol to 
create and update remote Sieve scripts.
