#149 kosher for page title?

I loved this article about IMAP service providers and found it very helpful. 
However, drupal's RSS import module chokes on the #149 character in the title. 
Maybe it's a bug in the drupal's RSS parser--I'll pursue that issue with the
drupal.org discussions, too.  Is it really kosher to have that character in a
page title?
