Issues with skin implementation

Hi Dhyani et al
I have finally got the skin product running for the Marathon Team site roll 
out. It is in the Repository and is called srichinmoyraces. Unfortunately, 
the "my_java/macros/global_links" macro from the vsa_core product is 
crashing the template so I have commented it out. Can you fix it, Dhyani, 
so that we can roll out the site? Also how am I going to edit the list - or 
are you going to do it? I thought I was also having a problem with the 
global tabs but that has resolved now.
