Sri Chinmoy Races Deployment

Hi Guys
So, we have hit some (hopefully) minor snags in the staging area -

1. The workflow is not working as it should - i.e. the editor and reviewer 
groups are not working
2. The My Preferences/Personal Preferences form is broken

It would be great if Jagrata, Dhyani and Jwalanta could take a look at 
these issues asap so that we can deploy before the races start this week in 
New York.
