Groups not working?!

Hi,

why are the groups not working? I checked the USA folder and found no
sharing has been done yet. This is explained in chapter 13 of the
documentation (/Products/vsaCore/docs/VSAPloneSetup.doc)

Tejaswi should do this, so we don't create more of this mess of
uncoordinated work.
