Tortoise SVN Trouble

Hi
I am having trouble checking out from tortoise svn - when I attempt to 
do so, I get a messsage after some of the files download:

Report failed on 'depot/!svn/vcc/default'
Report of 'depot/!svn/vcc/default' : Could not read response body: A 
system call that should never failed has failed.

When I check the items some are missing.

Is anyone else having this problem?
