I observed the following just now.
Perhaps there is no real problem...

1. Download products_vsa_third_party.tar.gz
    It is in the vsa ftp area. Extract to a
    fresh Products folder.

2. Checkout vsaCore and SriChinmoyraces into
    Products folder.

3. Download srichinmoyraces.org.zexp. It is
    in the vsa ftp area.

4. Start Plone.

5. Import srichinmoyraces.org.zexp.

6. Log out of Zope.

7. Browse http://localhost/srichinmoyraces.org
PROBLEM: AttributeError: vsa_core
Change vsa_core to vsaCore in main_template.pt in
C:\Program Files\plone-2.0\Data\Products\SriChinmoyRaces\skins\default

[I have checked in this change, so you should not
encounter it. That means you don't have to do step 8,
but you can if you want.]

8. Go into the ZMI. Refresh the SriChinmoyRaces
product through the refresh tab in Control Panel > Products.
Log out of the ZMI.

9. Back in http://localhost/srichinmoyraces.org,
log in as editor_usa.

10. Go to http://localhost:8080/srichinmoyraces.org/us/.
There is no edit tab. The document is published.

11. Retract the document. The edit tab appears.

12. Retract the document. The edit disappears.

All this is reasonable behavior. Is there anything
unexpected here?

13. Add a new doc. It is private. There is an edit tab.

14. Submit the doc. It is pending. There is no edit tab.

15. I don't have Epoz. Go to my personal preferences.
Fill in the required information. Click save. Edit
my home page. I now have Epoz.
