	* setup/ConfigurationMethods.py,
	  skins/plone_scripts/displayContentsTab.py,
	  skins/plone_scripts/getFolderContents.py,
	  skins/plone_templates/folder_listing.pt (Plone-2_0-branch): made
	  folder_listing more efficient.  getFolderContents will spit out a
	  debug log if it finds a old PloneFolder.  getFolderContents
	  should be marked deprecated.	finally added a help script to
	  calculate if we want to show the contents tab.
