Hi,

the poster wants to have editor and reviewer to be able to create and  
see folders everywhere on the site, in the same way a member can do it  
in his home folder, without being manager or owner.

He thinks that the the script in portal_actions is the one that is  
decisive about that, and he is asking clarification about two lines of  
the code.
