Sri Chinmoy Races Site Issues

Hi
I have noticed a problem relating to the naming of items. The short name 
does not seem to be taking when i add folders and documents and when I 
have tried to rename to make the name less horrible - (see 
http://www.srichinmoyraces.org/us/ultras/Folder.2004-04-28.9482443792/ 
for example) I am told that I do not have sufficient privileges.

I assume that it is due to the privileges assigned to me by 
Priyadarshan...(?)
