I am starting to build new code structures here in the vsaSQL 
product.  I have successfully deployed a utility in the 
vsaCore.utils.py file which accepts parameter data from the 
file system at run time.  This has been covered in a previous 
message.  My question is: 

What is your feeling about using this in a more general way 
for all/most/some configuration settings for this product or 
for any other product in the pipe-line?

Before I start committing new modules in the vsaSQL product I 
would like to set some of these types of standards.
