Hi, Aparajita has developed a python script that will update our DNS registrar, eNom, with the current IP of your local machine, so that your machine can be reachable as: [name].vasudevaserver.net For example, see my apache site here: http://priyadarshan.vasudevaserver.net Soon I am going to have there my Zope installation answering, with a login and password. This is extremely important for us when we need to test something in development without staging it first. Aparajita, could you please send the script to the list again, and explain what to do with the router settings? The script should be run at least once a day. The best is to put it in a cron job, or have it run at login time. --priyadarshan http://priyadarshan.vasudevaserver.net -------------------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list <VasudevaService-K9y3B4ipJAZZAIG4hdpdiNBPR1lH4CV8@public.gmane.org>.
