More debugging efforts...

Hi Jagrata + Priyadarshan,

I'm still trying to find that bug... My idea was: Well, I've been messing
around a lot with member properties on my machine, maybe I did something
here that I forgot about, but that is actually responsible for making the
site work on my installation while it breaks everywhere else. So I
reinstalled Plone from scratch and imported the srichinmoyraces.org.zexp
that Jagrata provided for us a week or two ago. There is NO ERROR.

Now our dear editors have been changing the site quite a bit. So I decided
to create a new Export file from the stage site. The file that I downloaded
is creating an IMPORT error, unfortunately. This is what Zope tells me when
I try to import it:
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getActionById'

Jagrata, would you kindly try to create a new srichinmoyraces.org.zexp from
the live site and check if it can be imported into a local installation (of
yours) and then make it available to us? I want to find out if there is
something fishy inside the current Data.fs.

I just had a phone conversation with Jwalanta and learnt something very
interesting: He says that it was definitely possible to join the live site a
couple of days ago, only the Email wouldn't be sent. I didn't know this -
that joining ever worked. So something must have happened... And it happened
both on stage and on live.
