Changes to the portlets in srichinmoyraces.org

Hi
This is to notify the team that I have made the following changes to the 
portlets on the site:

1. Removed login portlet from left column:
	- went to site root in the ZMI and clicked on Properties
	- in the left_slots option, removed the following snippet:
	  here/portlet_login/macros/portlet

2. Moved the calendar portlet to the bottom of the list in the right column
	- here/portlet_calendar/macros/portlet

3. Saved changes
