Mike,

That is good and needed, but not what I meant. I'm thinking to a
database which does not contain test questions etc... but the list of
which courses/teachers/schools distribute them in Free formats, and
allow you to follow the course using only Free software. Something
that a student can use *before* he needs the workbooks, to *choose*
the school for next year. Something that a public administration can
look at when deciding which public schools should get the most
taxpayer money.
