Hmm, is this a trick question. I am not talking about open source, I am
talking about the "Open Source" education from redhat. I did not did
not  define it, I can imagine it is written down somewhere.

Ok, I am not really interested in the certification per se, but the
rights of the people who might want to do this certification.

Sure, I just feel that the rights of the students and users should not
be taking away in the process.

No one is accusing redhat of any violation of anything. In fact, I am
trying to avoid making any acusations at all. I just want to complete
the survey and get it over with. Later red hat will show up with a
result of not providing a FSEDu certified learning environment if they
are not able to respect the students basic freedoms while making money.

Value added can be sold. But what else are you sellling when you buy
this? Are you selling your freedom? Are you selling the freedom of your
students? Are you making your self a new role of the gestapo to control
and monitor your students? Do you have to report suspicious activity to
redhat?
