Well, Les, the way the laws are currently written, you may be correct, but let us not forget that the "right" to claim "ownership" to "intellectual property" is purely a legal FICTION. It never even existed at common law. There are some people who even consider it a SILLY idea that has outlived its usefulness, assuming that it EVER had enough to outweigh its detriments to humanity. The idea that creativity would stop if people did not have monopolies on their creations is worse then silly, it is ABSURD. That's my $.02.
