So in order to protect your IP, you need to make other use non-free
software, closed file formats and bind them to the EULA, all so you can
make your money?

But what does that have to do with the student, they have the right to
refuse to buy this software and sign the agreements.

Les, now you are going way to far, that is over the line!  I think you
should retract that accusation, Or come up with supporting evidence.
Maybe you are talking to someone else or have not read my posts. I am
not that stupid, so dont try and treat me that way.
