If I'm going to take a course on Perl, I don't need to learn the Java content delivering the CourseWare. I want to learn Perl. If I wanted to learn Java I would have signed up with a Java course. Just as it goes, if I bought a text book on Java, I wouldn't need to know the innerds of publication. I have no way seen any indication where the students rights are signed away using the Redhat's e-learning, as much as I had seen with other CW providers. I was reading an article where the UW had gotten a big scholorship from MicroSoft, but within it declared that all Engineering students were required to take C#. Thus forcing a creation of need within a specialized secture. (My My) But back to the point: If you want to learn the creation of CourseWare, There are lots of open sourced CW's available. If you want to learn the specific language to write the CW then I am sure E-learning has a class for you.
