I believe we are in agreement about open software being more 
trustworthy.  The wording of that first statement made it confusing 
if not carefully read.  For anyone whose native language is not 
English, that statement would be challenging.  It is a bit like the 
double-negative sentences which are considered improper English.  
These statements occur in verbal conversations, but they give 
English teachers heart attacks.
