As long as there's a tech to occasionally perform maintenance on it,
you'd be surprised at how quickly people can adapt to a Linux GUI of
any sort.  Or considering this audience, you probably WOULDN'T be
surprised. ;-) As long as someone is taking care of /etc/* and
/var/log/* (and perhaps up2date/red-carpet/yum/apt-get) then I think
the average novice could cope.
