Well, I think the same thing, but the difference between what is illegal and what is actually done all the time is huge (also because illegal = often different from "right", whatever right is): just to remember a topic hotly discussed here last summer, copying digital music is damn sure illegal, but everybody does it. What I mean is that yours and mine suspects, however making sense, don't prove anything. That is why I was hoping to find pointers to something official.
