[OS:N:] Where are all the Linux/open source jobs?

Just wondering in anyone else has seen this as well.  I've been searching for a new job for a year now and even with the RHCE I can't find anyone at all in the Philadelphia, NJ, DE area that wants anyone with Linux and open source skills.  I've been working with Linux in a production environment since Red Hat v7 came out and I've got 7+ years in IT.  I keep seeing Linux in the news as the #1 fastest growing OS in the world and the US but I'm really thinking thats a bunch of hipe with nothing real behind it.  Any thoughts?
