DePaul AADS unplanned outage Wednesday 2003-08-13

DePaul University, AS 20130 / PVC 4.58, restarted the routing process
on the border router facing AADS peers and upstreams this morning
between 06:30 and 06:45 US CDT.  This was done to alleviate a current
problem in production that is scheduled to be fixed this coming weekend.

Please pardon any downed or reset BGP sessions at that time.  We
