New update on Incident INC0192098:
Incident Summary
Equinix IBX Site Staff reports that a power disturbance was detected at the
PA3 IBX involving the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). A warning alarm
was observed while customer loads continued to be supported by utility
power. The event has stabilized and site electrical conditions are
currently normal.

Service Impact
There was no customer impact, and no customer cabinets were affected. No
risk to customer services was identified. Operational redundancy and
cabinet redundancy remain normal.

Suspected Root Cause
The suspected root cause of the event is a power dip. Further analysis did
not identify any additional abnormalities at this time.

Mitigation & Planned Actions
IBX Critical Facilities Engineer advised that vendor engagement was not
required. IBX Site Staff are continuing to monitor the system to ensure
electrical stability. The next update will be provided once monitoring has
concluded or if any significant changes occur in the situation.
