Traffic Shaping - QoS

Hi All,

I'm curious to see what technologies are being used to help maintain control
and prioritize network traffic.  I used a PacketShaper appliance from
Packeteer years ago, but I haven't visited this topic in a long while.

Any experiences you care to share I would greatly welcome.
