Hotmail email contact.

I have a problem with hotmail but I'm not sure how to go about dealing
with it.

Have a mail server hosting a few domains. One domain has so many users
its MX'd to a Barracuda. The other domain has 10 users on it so its just
MX'd right to the mailserver itself. They get very little junk so its
not a big issue.

Problem is when someone uses a hotmail account to send mail to that domain
you get a bounce back from hotmail that the mail was undeliverable so fast
I dont know if Hotmail is even trying to deliver the mail.

You can click Send, go back to the inbox and the bounce is already there.

So I spent a few hours watching Qmail SMTP server logs and sending at
least a dozen test messages from a hotmail account and I never see a
hotmail outgoing server even attempting to connect to this server.

The bounce you get from hotmail is less than forthcoming in that it just
says the mail was undeliverable and gives a 554 error. No other reason
why.

Does anyone know a way to get to a hotmail mail admin so I can try and see
whats happening? The forms Ive found for hotmail problems are all for
people sending mail *to* hotmail accounts, not from a hotmail account.

Thanks,
Keith
