RE: slightly off topic

Any fuse that was designed to drop half the voltage for your NOC would
have to have a BIG heatsink.  Was there anything written on the fuse
stating that was a design feature?

I would be looking for other wiring issues, perhaps cross-circuit
current bleed somehow..
