At $0.07 per kwhr, the raw utility cost to feed your cabinet would be $121, but I'd guess that $0.07 could be quite conservative. Many sites find that their infrastructure (cooling, etc.) takes another 60-150% to operate. At a reasonable average of 100% operational costs, you're looking at another $121 to cool your cabinet. Throw in some amortization of gensets, PDUs, etc., and related systems, and it starts to make sense.
