I am actually surprised nobody is offering datacenter space there
already in small quantities.  Basically everyone currently there built
their own buildings or leased large existing spaces.   It sure seems to
me there would be a market for cages and onsite support for anyone who
has power-hungry hosting; unfortunately we don't have the customer base
to justify building out anything big.

Are we talking about Spokane or further south?  How's the internet 
connectivity around there? I'll move - what should I tell the wife and
