C'mon down to TVA land (you're all subsidising it anyway if you are in
the US :-) ).  Here in Huntsville, AL, if your demand load is >50kW but
less than 1000kW, the rate is $.07702/kWh for the first 15,000 kWh and
only $.04195/kWh after that (+ $10.09/kW of demand over 50kW).
