Hi All: We're considering purchasing some IP connectivity from Cogent. I know they had some problems with Level 3 back in 2003 and with Telias in Norway two years ago but their pricing within New York City is very reasonable (did I say cheap). Any comments or thoughts about Cogent - latency, reliability, dependability, peering relationships, etc.? There's not much on the net about them these days.
