I would second that opinion of Level3. We were in a Broadwing data center and as soon as they were acquired by Level3 we've had nothing but problems. We've had 3 extended outages (7 hours, 9 hours and 5 hours) within a six month period. It's why we're moving out to a new Switch & Data facility and considering Cogent.
