I understand that...like I said, I used to it myself, albeit on a much 
smaller scale.  This place appears to be about 10% utilized in terms of 
space and there's no staff at night.  The day staff is fairly skeletal, 
and doesn't include ANY IP expertise.

Of course.  I don't expect to get what he pays.  Just something that 
remotely reflects overall market trends and costs.
