I eventually got a human on the phone.  It's 500MB per email account.  I 
asked about the unlimited storage "what if I have 10 terabytes of data I 
want to upload?" and was told "we have a lot of servers here, we can 
handle it".

It certainly would be entertaining to put them to the test.  Anyone want 
to host sourceforge-II on NetSol?
