Yes, 300GB :)  This is the sort of info I like.  What about 
reliability/availability?  My servers are at a data center 50 minutes 
away, so while I could give up a little performance, I'd really like to 
stay close to the durability that IBM/Hitachi SAS/SCSI drives are giving 
me (although I did just replace one recently).

Are you doing RAID 5 or 1?
