Well it's insane. If the customer actually uses that much disk / transfer it will cause the ISP to take a big loss. I simply tell people, I charge you for what you use, so that we can both benefit from this relationship even as you grow. I'm sure there are also all kinds of other conditions and limitations on the use of those services, such that you couldn't actually use them.
