Power monitor for NEMA L5-20?

I am trying to monitor how much power some racks are drawing. They each have one or two NEMA L5-20 (120V 20A twist-lock) outlets with their own PDUs, so I'm not looking for PDUs with current monitoring. What I need is a single outlet device with a network connection for monitoring (SNMP preferred). Anybody aware of such a device? I've heard of 1-wire monitoring systems before (for temperature, humidity, etc.); is there a 1-wire device (e.g. a clamp-on device) that can handle 20A? Basically, right now, I have to go pull the cover off the conduit and use a clamp-on ammeter to check the current.
